为什么有的人越想减肥却越容易饥饿?
最主要的原因是肥胖的人身体的体重调定点发生了改变,由此陷入一个死循环:越想减肥越减不了,越不想吃东西越饥饿。这种情况下,他就会越吃越多,加之缺乏运动,所以就越来越胖。

怎样理解体重调定点?
我们可以用汽车油泵的调试点,来解释体重调定点。正常情况下,汽车快没有油时报警灯就会亮,报完警以后还能走四五十公里。假如汽车的油泵太高,刚加完油就开始报警,则会很麻烦。同理,肥胖的人总是在刚刚吃完饭,血管里还有很多营养时就觉得饿了,而且饥饿感来得很强烈。

空腹血糖的正常范围在3-6之间。血糖在3以下我们就会觉得很饿,空腹时血糖在6以上就有些偏高了,可能是糖尿病。有的人血糖到14时,就觉得非常饿;到14以上,感觉很舒服;超过18,才感觉很饱了。这就是我们说的明明血管里还有营养(体内还有糖),但是有的人就已经感觉很饿了,很想吃东西。结果就是,人体内的糖、营养、脂肪、能量越堆越多。
